To me it sounded more of a guess for both. The guy said it pointed to my voltage regulator, but its a brand new one. They were all brand new. If anything I think it may be the plug since HE said it looked a little rough.

Also, I went and swapped my battery in my wife's bullit and on her gauge it shows really well and fully charged. On mine, it shows right on the "N" in normal. really low.
