Timing issue fixed. I was reading my balancer marks wrong. I have been over timed by about 8 degrees. That fixed the rough idle and bad performance. Still dont know the wierd 2000 rpm flutter related to the EGR. EGR holds vacuum just fine and the solenoid is sucking about 7 hg at 1800 RPMs.

Forget the bushings. I used 1/4-20 hex nuts. The bushings are supposed to help cushion the drive mechanism. I dont need cusion, I need stuff to work!!! I used the nuts and the next time my motors dont work, I will know I need new motors b/c there is no way the nuts will break. I went...
