Look at your flyweel, if there are no heat spots then don't touch it. A lot of times resurfacing a flywheel can lead to disengagment problems with the pressure plate, b/c your pressure plate is moving farther away from the throw out bearing.

To my knowledge it never was adressed. I think they just assumed for people to use what it says clear as day on the cap.

Actuall if the oil cap says 5w-20 on it then it is very wise to use what it says. 1. when they changed over to 5w-20 the bearing clearances were closed a little and it takes a thinner oil to get around to all the journal. 2. it has to be thin to properly lubricate the overhead cams when cold...

Yeah I have a 04 sonic blue Gt. I would like to hear why they aren't 40th "special edition" cars. Mine has almost everything, the interior upgrade package the mach 1000, leather, obviouslyly the badges......so what is it that makes the sonic blue car NOT a special edition car??

Funny enough on the Mach1; Ford Computer systems don't call them Mach's, they call them DOHC GT's

Maybe not more accurate but. It actually tells you when ur car is on its way to getting hot instead of middle then overheating, same with the oil and volts
