recently I had to replace my radiator fan due to the old one breaking but have been running into a problem. Its an aftermarket fan so I had to rewire it myself. I connected the black ground wires & the blue fan wire to the orange/blue car wire like the directions said. the problem is that the fan will not turn itself on @ a high temp. but will turn on/stay on when it's directly connected.

Do you have a low speed (connected to Red/orange)?

How are you testing high speed? You'd need the AC to be on or have the car at about 230*F for high to engage. A common failure is for high to not engage with the AC being on, so if that's your testing method, you need to see if CCRM Pin 17 shows continuity to ground with the AC turned on.
