Ant good paint supplier sites to look at samples and prices?

A buddy of mine will prep, paint, wet sand, polish my car for $500. I just need to supply the paint and he will spray a mystic if i get the paint.

I want to try finding something that will go from a white to a yellow or blue. Or a nice pearl white.
