Electrical Cooling Fan Issues

My fan kicks on as soon as I flip my key forward... no matter how long it has been sitting (sits overnight and it'll kick the fan on immediately upon turning my key over, even in 30° weather).

What gives?

Swap the relay with a known good one, atleast that is what I would do first.
Have you checked for codes? (Thats my standard question)
What transmission do you have?
Someone with more experience than me will chime in soon.

Temp sensor might be having an issue (bad sensor or wiring problem), CCRM might be wrong for the car if it's been replaced (relay can't be swapped unfortunately), tune might have been lost or corrupted (the fan coming on for me immediately is sometimes a symptom of a lost tune if you've had your car tuned), other wiring problem possibly.
