Electrical Pats Transponder Fixed

Replaced transponder ring module at Ford but car still won't communicate..says it cannot connect to pcm? Dash was swapped out for another sn95 black dash to match black interior I put in.... That interrupted PATS when disconnected dash harness but reconnected all plugs. I broke ignition ring on module for PATS but put new one back in but now dealer can't get get the car to communicate with PCM to reprogram.... this might get costly

Replacing the transponder ring does not require re-programming.

Replacing the cluster DOES require reprogramming. The cluster, PCM, AND keys are programmed to each other. Change any of the 3 and reprogramming is the results.
