shift point question

if the weather holds up im heading to the track tonight. first time going since h/c swap. what rpm should i go up to now. out of the two times i went to the track before i noticed better times shifting at 5000 compared to 56/5700. would the powerband go into a higher range

well we have pretty much the same setup aside from the heads and i found my best shif point to be 5500
