Engine Still rough idle. help!!

I have changed the TPS and the IAC and still when i first start the car it idles really rough and shakes. I had it hooked upto a vacuum gauge and it read 15 at first for a couple seconds then it jumped to 20/25 and was steady there.

maybe try..
unhook the battery- to reset computer,
remove the mass air flow sensor and use maf cleaner, spray every nook and cranny good- let dry
a 10 min disconnect should have you reset, dry and all the new components ready to register properly
