Yes, the Ford Division building later was called the NAAO Building after Ford Div. moved down to RenCen on the Detroit waterfront around 1979 (a building complex sold to GM in
1999). The pic of the Ford Div. building must have been one from my
book, "Ford Dynasty: A Photographic History," Arcadia Publishing, 2002. I worked in the building my first summer with the company, 1960, on loan to Ford Division from Staff to write the press packet for the 1961 Ford trucks. It was sad to see it torn down. Your Dad and I must have crossed paths during my 1960-85 stint with Ford."
