NO U DIDN'T!!!!........................im gonna miss that notch but im not gonna kid ya long time ago i had a 1973 Metalic Green Z28 550HP ET 11.40 was MINT Cond. i can still remember the feel of that hurst T handle.... God Dam i still miss that car so i understand, just sucks that some of us have to sell cars in order to buy them or i would have alotta Hot Rods LOL Good Luck Bro!

Sorry I missed this comment, didn't mean to piss you off. Thanks for the compliments. In a perfect world I'd have the Chevelle and the stang, and a stable of other muscle cars, but unfortunately that's not the way the world works.

I'm so afraid of sounding like an idiot, I'll read through a 10 page thread just to make one post, lol.
Well, the Chevelle is all registered and insured. I took it for a nice long drive tonight and I'm absolutely ecstatic. Ten or more people flashed their lights gave thumbs up and one guy actually almost crashed his nissan xterra because he whipped his head around so fast to check out my car that he almost broke his neck. I forgot how good it feels to drive a piece of history. If this car could talk... OK I'm done ranting now.
Is it cool with the mods if I add some newer pics to this thread after I get some this weekend? I know this is 5.0 Talk and this Chevelle couldn't be anything further from a fox body mustang, haha.

F##K what anyone says, add all the pics you want. I for 1 want to see them, but then again, I love chevy's too. Just can't stand chevy motors in Ford cars... I hope to 1 day own a 66 Chevelle SS396 & I would trade my coupe for a nice 1 in a heart beat....

I respect and appreciate a beautiful piece of machinery no matter what brand name is stamped onto it. If your Chevelle will be anywhere near as nice as your mustangs are now, I'm gonna want a ride in that thing!!

By all means, if you traded your fox, the least you could do is show us some better pics of what you traded it for.

I kinda agree with everyone else on here. was there a catch??? I love foxes and while yours looked spotless, you got the better bargain out of this. right place at the right time type of thing??? I would definitely hold onto that thing and take it to the grave with me.
