I would stick with 3.55's or 3.27's because the extra engine load will help to spool the turbo's faster giving you the same boost in performance or possibly even more than the 3.73's would do for you.
I think they'll work well for you, since you'll be able to spin 7k rpm and they'll help you get off the line when you aren't making boost. I'm planning on keeping my 3.73s, and I'll probably be making 100 rwhp more than you.
