Cobra Tranny Question

Does anybody know what transmission is in a 99' Cobra, and is it any different than a 01' Cobra transmission.
I'm getting a salvaged cobra to use as a donor car and am looking for any information about the differences in the powertrain for those two years. I've been searching for this and have been striking out.

Yep- thats one of the main reasons behind me going after a 99 over an 01, the gearbox.
