Just wondering how much was it to have the kit painted(front+rear bumpers, side skirts and wing). Also, I have the Magnaflow catback with 3.5" tips. I would think those are too big for the rear bumper. How would I make them work without changing the whole catback system?

Finally, after spending all that money (on the kit+paint, wheels+tires and all the other fine things), was it worth it to you??

I just can't decide on the Saleen or the Cobra look. :bang: I would love the Saleen look but I would be forced to sacrifice power for looks do to cost. With the Cobra I would be kinda even on the power to looks aspect.

What do you guys suggest? Thanks.

Well, when I got mine painted I had a friend that owned a body shop, so my cost wasnt too bad, I think I only paid like 1000 for him to prep, paint and install the front/rear covers, side skirts, wing and put on all the saleen decals. Of course that was way before my flame job, so no more decals on the car :). I also have 3.5" tips and they work fine, it is a little close to the cover but if you make sure to line them up straight you wont have any problems, however, if you dont like them up straight you will melt that part of the cover. If I had to do it over again, I wouldve gone 3", no more than that. And I suggest you do what you want, I went with saleen because at the time (4-5 years ago) hardly anybody even knew what saleen was, so it was a totally different look.

I too got my kit installed about 4 years ago and at the time paid around $600 for the paint/prep/install. They also had to fill the top holes on my cobra trunk (because of the claw spoiler) and respray it. Turned out great and have a clean look with no 3rd brake light.
