New TKO's as of March 1st rated at 600 ft/lbs.

Since tremec bought Borg Warner they have beefed up their trannies. Now as of March 1st the standard TKO will be rated at 600 lb/fts due to stronger metal like what they use in the road race tranny's, standard overdrive gear, and both mechanical and electric speedo units installed. Looks to be like the same price too so.........

I *think* they used to be rated around 400-500(somewhere in there).

they have two versions the 500 rated at 500ftlbs and the 600 rated at 600ftlbs of torque. tko-500 and tko-600 have been around for awhile

DandD performance said MArch 1st of this year so who knows, but the old ones are being phased out. I mean, thats a lot of power capacity for a stock TKO which kinda makes the other trannys obsolete.
