Hey guys, here's the problem
Car started misfiring about a week ago. THen the battery died. Now, It wont even start with jumper cables.WTF!! Ihave all electrical, it just won't even turn over. When I turn the ignition, it clicks(starter?), and the tach shoots below 0 rpm's.

I don't know what's wrong....I don't know if it matters, but my positive battery terminal is very beat up. It's broken in the middle, but it still slides on. Sometimes it will come a little loose, and I will lose all power, but I just turn it a little and I get power back. Anyway, Iwas thinking it could be my msd box?, or could be the starter? UHHHHH I don't know, this car is killing me. I don't think it could be the Alt... Help me!!!

Are you serious? How do you expect your starter to get power if your connections are bad? What do the cables themselves look like? Probably aren't too good if the + connector is split in half LOL.

The MSD is NOT going to stop your car from cranking over. Take care of those cables first and see where that gets you. :bang:

Yeah, I need to replace that battery connector..it's haggard as all hell. Iwas jus twonderign if anyhting else could be the source..I'll try that first, thanks guys

Had the same problem with fresh cables.
Car wouldn't start, jus clicks. Ends up the battery shorted on me and the tow truck couldn't even give me enough juice. A buddy pulled up a couple minutes later and we hooked both batteries up to mine and it finally cranked over. It idled like crap but I was able to get it home. I think it died when I put in in park in the driveway. Replaced the battery, and no worries.
