This quote is referring to the Pro3i "race" arms... and I agree with the above that spherical on both sides is ONLY for VERY hardcore applications. I would recommend that if these arms are for a daily driver, then do NOT get arms with spherical bushings on EITHER side. The Pro3i "street" arms are a good product well worth considering.millatime said:... I had some LCA's with sphericals and ending ripping them out to increase ride quality. Yes, I had the steeda aluminums and my local shop wouldn't install them based on being aluminum.. They have had customers come in with broken steeda alum LCA's and replace them with steel MM's. YOU ONLY SAVE 1 POUND ON EACH SIDE WITH ALUMINUM. The MM's are the same weight as stock, 6 pounds. Get the MM's with spherical bearings on both sides. My stang is my only car/daily driver. They create more noise but most of it goes away after 2 weeks. Squeeking from the stock suspension in the rear is practically gone. Poly bushings wear out and will need to be replaced where as the spherical's can handle any power given to them and don't wear out. I barely have any noise from them and because of their strength, was able to remove the quad shocks completely without suffering ANY adverse effects. Don't fear the MM spherical's~B7~ said:
