i called ford and they sayed $500 for labor so thats a joke. I called a couple of other performance shops in the area and they all sayed $300. I have a friend that puts them in and I might go with him. Im sure 3.73 will be enough plus with the mods i have , i think it will help out just right and be enough.

FRPP 4.10's @ gefracing.com cheap and hella fun. Do the install yourself and KNOW it's done right the first time. Don't go out first thing and do a burnout when you get them. Make sure you let them break-in first before you start tearing around.

how longs the break in period? im getting 4.10s done at JDM on the 25th.
