CD Player question w/pics

I need to replace my stock mack460 head unit, As there is two of them(head unit+cdplayer) I was wonder what you guys have done i.e replace both, just the cd player, or throw in a dvd player to cover it all up. If you have them please post pics.

Here is what I did - threw a DVD player in bottem section (where stocker CD player was) and a flip out 7" widescreen in top section and I love it!

Sure is, 2 entirely different units.
