Help finding crate engine

Iv got a sohc stock 96' GT engine that I want to replace with a more soup'd up motor (the car has like 120k on it and has blown head gasgets and so on) where could i get a good crate engine with possibly a warrenty that would coem with better heads and so on. ( I would get the heads upgraded but ppl dont like working on those engines and then im afraid the bottom end would go out) So please help me find a good deal on a fittable crate engine that would be easy to install (will i need to switch the cpus and stuff?) plz help, thanks, -Kev

Well... what does upgraded mean? VT sells great stuff (highly recommended), but I picked up a brand new factory Ford '02 2V engine (w/ all accessories)from the Corral e-store for $3300 shipped to my door. Either will be a noticeable improvement from a tired '96 2V. Warranties will be tough to come by. You're looking in the performance/racing aftermarket, where warranties typically don't exist or mean much.
