Not to mention I think the seat backs hook to the rear deck differently as they don't fold down either.

try asking some of the tech guys at your local ford dealer, they'll most likely know and if they don't do this: look at your seat compared with the convertables seats that you wanna get and compare and contrast the differences between the two. The most important part will be the railing that the seats connect to, but i imagine you could probably do a swap with no problems.
