I have tried everything to get my system to be leak free but nothing I do works! (You can see my current exhaust configuration in my sig.) I took it to the local exhaust shop and they messed around with it and got it pretty close, but there is still a big leak on the drivers side where the H pipe matches up with the pipe leading to the muffler. Now I am thinking about going with a new mid pipe to see if that helps. I am thinking the Dr Gas x pipe would be good because it comes in 5 pieces and i can have more flexibilty installing it. I wouldnt weld it, but use band clamps to hold it in place....
What do you guys think???? anyone tried this before?

i have just put on bbk off road x pipe and it sounds bad with leaks

I got up under it and tried to tighten everything again, but under power it still sounds like a serious leak, i guess my question is should i take it in to have it welded at all 4 connections??? will this help, also once done i guess i am wondering if any one else had ever encountered this particular pipe and if normally it sounds okay? plz give me some much needed advice. thanks.

if you weld it like that it will be permenant, so it may not be a good idea. I have already tried to put the floor jack under it. That worked for the other side when it was leaking, but now it sits so close to the car when i hit 1900 RPMS it rattles agains the frame :(. But it appears the bbk h pipe on the drivers side is at the incorrect angle to meet up with the after cat system....thats my problem
