Got Dyno'd...Not Good 2002 GT

Mods can be found in sig. I would appreciate everyone's comments/opinions....

3 pulls, best was 242hp and 282tq. These sound like stock #'s. I know my SLP doesnt give me a ton of HP, but I would think more than I got. I do have a exhaust leak, but that is no excuse....

Make me wanna keep the stang!

only real "power" mod you have is the prochamber. don't know how much the xcal will give you but you're car is putting down decent numbers for what it has

btw,
where is the exhaust leak?

Passenger side header, its the prochamber. Will be replaced as soon as I have $ and finally decide on a LT and mid pipe setup.

Thats pretty much what I put down, with an auto, and I also have a k&n, ported factory tbody/plenum so u are good id say. Oh, the slp catback is only good for about 5-7 rwhp from what ive heard.

yeah, stock i dyno'd 232 RWHP so your #'s dont look bad. i was told that my stock HP was a little high, but it only had like 9-10k on it when it got dyno'd.

not sure how much the cat back gives you, but not more than 10hp i would think.

i would say your good.

i cant wait to get my tune and other stuff done. then dyno her again, see how much RWHP i picked up...... :nice:

what i noticed with the xcal, is that they do increase HP, but more importantly instead of the power dropping off rapidly over 5k rpms, it holds constant to redline...the whole curve is vastly improved, while only making 5-6more peak HP, it helps TREMENDOUSLY with the way the power curve acts...
