what is the rule about passengers at PR?

Unless you're road racing, of course ... then you can take a passenger as long as they meet the same clothing requirements as the driver (sometimes just a helmet, sometimes includes gloves & more). Seems odd, because the road course reaches higher speeds and includes corners. And unlike drag racing, where you have to have the windows UP, on the road course you have to have them DOWN ...
