Mods for S281sc

If you are going to run the smaller pulley, you need to do two things. You need to upgrade the fuel system, by either running a better pump (svt focus or aviator) or running a BAP. Then you need another tune to keep things in check. Just swapping out the pulley with the stock saleen set up is asking for trouble. These blowers respond well to intake and exhaust mods as well, so header, mid-pipe, larger throttle body, larger inlet tube, ect., will all show decent gains on it.

If you have a supercharged Saleen, then I think some intake and exhuast mods would be a good idea to complement the supercharger. As the guys said above, a different pulley to increase boost and a tune is also a good idea as well.

This is just me, but here is my recommendation.

Headers
Mid-pipe
Catback
Intake
Smaller Pulley
Dyno Tune by Superchips Tuning
Sticky Tires

Since its a Saleen, you want to do it right the first time. Stick to the well known exhuast companies like Borla, Bassani, Magnaflow, and maybe SLP if they make something for the Saleen. If you want short tube headers, I recommend JBA.

One more suggestion. If I could afford it, I'de put a nice aftermarket K-member and coil over assembly on the front. Like Maximum Motorsports. :nice:

Saleen already comes with a borla catback, so it would just be a waist to get a new one unless you would prefer a different sounding one like Flows. I would just look at chicane for most of the parts, like pulley and intake. I was planning on getting the upgraded pulley and intake from Chicane, but then my blower craped out so i got a KB. I would personally get a prochamber or off road H with the saleen, i purchased a o/r SLP X and it didnt sound that good with the stock blower for some reason.
