I believe you can send your KB chip to Mike Glover (Tweecer creator), and he can read it and give it back to you in the form of a tune you can dump down on your Tweecer.
That said, I wouldn't bother. If you know your MAF, you enter that first, then your injectors, and then, since you are boosted, move to the timing tables so you an start pulling out timing. After that, it's the fine tuning so you can get it to idle right and so on.
I don't see a big cam or anything in your sig, so doesn't look like it would be that much.
Also, you COULD use the J4J1 calibration (Cobra) on your stock processor, which seem to be more rewarding for us tuners with regards to results.
It's not SIMPLE, but it sound like you would be able to figure it out, to me...

basic stuff like injector size, fan settings, MAF transfers, timing, rev and speed limiters, smog and egr removal, and idle are very simple to adjust. where things get confusing is when you start getting into fuel tables and such. one thing i lvoe about the tweecer is that i never needed to put an alarm on my car. the tweecer defaults to switch position 1 when the switch is unplugged from the rj45 cable. setting 1 on my tweecer had basically a tune that completely disabled the car. when i left it parked i just unplugged the chip and used the tweecer as a kill switch. (just another use for a very useful tuning tool)

Yeah, set the injector firing order to all 0's...
Or, you could dump down the a9l.bin, which if you turn on the ignition will clear the KAM settings as well as not allow the car to run....

I too grew up before the internet. But, I was so impressed with the TwEECer and the results I got from it that I became an authorized reseller. To me it's worth the learning curve to have the real time control.

Do you have any pull with Glover that might enable me to get a bug free version of CBAZA?

I've been with this thing for almost since day one.

Three versions later and .......... well, let me put it this way ...................

I will have NO PART of V1.30 due to the flakey dataloggs and having to ...... whats the word that is used ....... filter them before I can use them.

Don't get me wrong, I still think the Tweecer is the best bang for the buck spent.

however

The little bugs in the software do get old.

It'd be nice if we got at least a final version of the software. The last "ALPHA" version came out in mid 2004, with a promise of the final version by 2005...
I've been using 1.30a9 for sometime now, but did a complete rebuild of my laptop to ensure I didn't have any issues with it. Also, I had a lot of trouble when I had tunes made with 1.2X and 1.3X written to the tweecer at the same time.
I have one of the first 75 he built, and used the software when it wrote a .bin file you could readin othersoftware (EEC-Tuner, for instance).
My biggest disappointment is that Mike seems to have moved on, and forgotten those of us who have purchased this from him.
Still, for the price, there is no alternative. BUT, if ihad the money, I would buy the AEM, because it plugs into the stock harness, AND can use a WB to tune itself.
Maybe someday my Tweecer will be for sale....

it has a hefty price tag though. i have seen it at work on a full race 750whp 9 second civic and it was the only thing the owner would recommend for engine management. at $1600+ though, ill stick with the tweecer.

I saw lots of the same things posted by other peeps when v1.30 came out. For that reason and the dlogs, I have stayed far away from that newest version and will continue to do so.

I had been digesting tons of old Yahoo EEC Tuner threads way before Glover came out with his better mouse trap. I almost laid down my money for a E T but then caught wind about the new and better self tuner that was going to be available soon. I held off and waited and then watched for a short while until peeps gave me the idea that it was ok, lol.

I have looked at the PMS several times and from what I can tell. I don't think it is fair compare the two and then say, they are both just, a self tuner interface. Each one goes about its business using a different method.

I am not saying one is better than the other.

I am saying they are quite a bit different.

More access to the pcm and datalogging ability is something I don't care to do without.

I do know the PMS can data log but then ... the price is just too high IMHO.

I can use my tiny brain more and use less $ money $.
