Any dealerships in Oregon/Washington GTs selling near MSRP?

I have checked a number of dealerships in the Portland/Vancouver and they are all selling at like $2,000 over MSRP. The cheepest I have found is $1,000 over. But as I read these forums it looks like people are finding them AT MSRP. It looks like most of these are in Southern CA, but hopefully that's not the only place you can get a GT for a decent price. Does anyone know a dealership selling for a reasonable price in my area? I would even be willing to rent a car and drive to go pick up a Mustang GT in Northern CA (San Fran being the furthest South) or Seattle, or even Boise. Thanks for any tips. I really appreciate it.

I am sure if you look a bit harder you might get it at invoice or close too it.Didnot think i would get one that cheap,but who knows you might get one off the dealers lot like I did.JohnnyT

Iceberg where are you located? I live in SE Washington( Tri-Cities) and we didnt have any Gt's on atleast 1 ford lot here 3 weeks ago. My Father ordered one from the lot that I dont know about and got it back in Febuary and he paid MSRP.

i got both my GT premiums in Idaho... not too far away from you (a full days drive) for $200 over *invoice*. the second one i bought after mine got hit by a truck, was a little more since it was their last 05 but still waaaay under msrp.

Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA is a no-dicker store that sells for $1,000 under MSRP. I bought my '05 GT there and they are very good people to work with. They get a good allotment of cars, but you'll have to check the web or call to see what they have in stock. I do drive by every so often and see GT's in their lot.

Actually, I'm going there tomorrow so I'll see what they've got in stock and get back to you.

There is also O'Brien Ford in Everett, WA, and they are a no-dicker store that sells at MSRP.

Got mine at invoice,so i am sure there are other dealers out there will give these great prices.

I am working with Damero Ford in Beaverton (suburb of Portland) that says they can do MSRP, but I have not committed to anything so let me know. Thanks. I got my 6 at Beaverton for msrp early in the year. They were good to deal with and willing to work with me.

I don't thing they will go under on a GT but I am pretty sure you could get it at msrp.

I would say go to up to Kent it they are offering that kind of deal pretty short drive to save some money.

Bowen Scarff does not have any gt's in right now. They have1 or 2 v6's. I live down the street and pass them every day. The last time I was in the dealer asking about mustang gt's. The salesman told me they were now selling them at $1500 over MSRP. Because demand for the gt was so hot. They were not following their normal policy of $1k over invoice.
