Question about shifting characteristics of my TKO500

Ok my TKO is fully broken in now (been like 700 miles). I changed the fluid at 500 miles. When driving around normally it shifts just fine. Goes into every gear nice and smooth, etc. It almost feels like my old T-5. However when I get on it and shift fast it is rather tough to get into gear, especially the 2-3 shift. I need to shift rather hard to get it into gear. I did a test and was cruising doing about 30, put it in nuetral and shifted from 2-3-4-5 while holding the clutch in and moving. It went into each gear with ease when I shifted slow, but when I shifted hard and fast I could definately feel a difference as to how it goes into gear. The faster I shift, the harder it is to get into gear. I can still get it in gear and all I was just curious as to why it does this. Is it just the TKO in general? When I shift fast its like GRRR, GRRR, GRRR compared to the BOP, BOP, BOP of my old T-5 when I shifted fast.

Ok let me try to explain it a little better. Say the car is running and I'm not moving. If I press and hold the clutch pedal to the floor and go through every gear fast acting as if I were driving it goes in gear like butter. But when I'm moving, press and hold the pedal to the floor then shift fast to test how it goes into gear, its like kind of jerky and notchy and harder to get into gear. However I can still get it into gear. I just have to use a little more force. That is all. I don't see how the syncros could be bad. This is a brand new trans and I followed the break-in period.

I believe it's just the synchro's are matching the speed , answer a question for me. The lower the gear at a given speed, the harder it is to put in? Say your rolling at 40 mph you disengage the clutch and row through them, the lower the gear does it get any harder? You feel it more because your quickly engaging, instead of letting the blocker ring match the speed for it.. I dunno just my .02...
