Does anyone know of a dyno day coming up in the near future in or around the Tacoma area? Looking for a cheap way to get my stang dynoed. Also need a tune but they probably don't do that on dyno days....If you know of anything please reply!

I could organize one. We could take a poll on this thread. I could organize with Blood Enterprises in Auburn or here in Tacoma (actually University Place) at Fair Lady. Blood would be a nicer venue but FL would be cheaper. The track opens Sunday the 12th of February, by the way -and that's always the best dyno.

Readers please specify your preference. I could organize something for February.

We're going to need at least a dozen firm committments to get this done. The price will likely be in the $30. -$40. range, but that is tentative. I can't really begin negotiations until we have more interest demonstrated. I'll monitor this thread.

There is a great place in Bellingham, MPS. We had 17 cars (mostly from SVTP) cruise up last summer. Dynojet above ground.

I'm in the process of adding a Stage IV ported blower, 4# lower, 60# injectors, SCT big air and a BAP. Should be ready late Feb early March.

I don't like fairlady. they dyno'd my car in 3rd, and told me it doesn't make a difference, then I dyno'd 4th, and picked up 20 odd horsepower. then they dyno'd my car again in third, still telling me it doesn't matter, and I dyno'd a solid 30 horse down.

Blood Enterprises would be another option, but we need more interest before I book.

Looks like the SVT guys can't decide either.

Where is this shop? I've been looking for one locally (near Mount Vernon) and the nearest one I've heard of is in Marysville and further south.

Back on topic, depending on where it is I may be interested.

Was the other dyno used a Mustang dyno, too? or was it a Dyno Jet? The difference in hp you mentioned would be about right for the difference between the two types.
