coil spring isolators

anyone know if you can but the rubber isolators for the top and bottom of the coil springs.if so, dealer item?

yes you can and i believe pretty much any parts store can get em for you.

When I tried that, phones were dropped at local parts stores for a collective scratching of the heads (there might have just been a terminology issue going on. THE COMPUTER might have been showing that valve springs dont have isolators or something. ).

And the dealer wanted a TON of money for them and would have had to order them. Of course, you luck could be ENTIRELY different than mine - just in case..........

Grabbing some from LRS works, as does going with a polyurethane piece (cheap, lasts longer, a little more NVH). ES makes some decent ones.

But, as mentioned, the OEM rubber is costly compared to the poly ones. I have the OEM on my 84 and poly on my vert.

I got some new ones from the Dealer last Spring and they were not expensive at all.
