the kb and the vortec are not being run at the same boost. the vortech is making 100rwhp over the kb so the boost on that car is way up.
also the vortec car is built to have high amounts of boost, it is being boosted hard up to 7000 rpm. i realize it is a cobra but there is also a zo6 on there and it is not being reved that high.
with that being said. i would really like the 2.2 kb but i think it is too expensive and i have to mod too many things. so i think im going with the intercooled novi2000 with the p51. im sure ill have plenty hp for the street.

Be relistic with the money you spend. other things need attention too if you make too much power. tranny, rear end, engine internals, etc.
like IMO buying the p-51 over forged intrernals would be a bad choice. spend the $1299 towards a shortblock.
