Hate jumping on bandwagons, but #4 is the easy winner. Definitely would be a major improvement over the last 4 or 5 BOTM's or so; if she's not a bitch, hang onto that one 
I think she' pretty. In fact, she's better than some of the BOTM I've seen in some recent issues.
She's going for that "sultry" look, hence no smile.

I'm not a big fan of tans either. Once they get older it works against them and their skin looks aged.
Why not submit all of them and let them make their own choice, or do they only ask for one?????
