Better E.T.'s

I have a 98 Cobra and need to get more power. I ran a 14.3 and want to get to low 13's. I have hollowed cats and CAI and running 3.73's. I need help on making a better 1/4 mile car, and on a budget. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Full exhaust(headers to the pipes), at least 4.10's (4.30's are the sweet spot), pullies, tune.

What CAI are you running?

If it isn't JLT, get one!!!

what altitude are you running at?...something seems off, you should already be in the 13's...have you done a full tune up recently? or do you have any issues that have come up recently

Sticky tires should be the 1st mod.
