My advice...........have more respect for yourself and don't post this **** online. I have complete sympathy for your and understand your situation since i've been through it. I was in an absolutely indescribable, horrible state of mind for an entire year i got ****ed so bad.

But what you need to do is quit taking advice off us punks on the internet, go out and take a deep breath of air and live life one moment at a time and be glad you have that moment to live like its your last. When you think about it that way, why would you waste your time thinking about some bitch that messed you up. I spent one YEAR of my life in misery because of it.
