Is this a decent price?

pick it up man, has 5lug, body looks good, interior may be red but its CLEAN, and you said you dont mind. That many miles isnt always a bad thing, my car has 145k miles :), test drive it, look at the engine, if its clean runs strong i think its a good deal. Whats up with those v6 wheels though haha.

yeah, the V6 wheels put me off too. Also, did they do a complete SN95 swapover, or is it just 4 > 5-lug spacer conversion? Man, that is a crapload of red in that interior.

As far as price, I'm not all that certain. Granted I bought my Mustang in 2000, but it was an 89' convertible, special factory order (white on white on white with blue accents on the interior instead of red which was the standard white trim), 48,000 original miles, never wrecked, body perfect, leather was flawless, adult owned, and I paid $3800 out the door.

Not bad, depends on how tight it is. If ya live near then its worth looking further into. If its far away then I wouldn't loose any sleep over it. I will say it is clean though, dont care for the red, but it's not gonna be mine. The wheels gotta go.
Hope ya make the right call. GOOD LUCK MAN!!!!

Looks like a good deal to me. Body looks good and interior looks really clean. I'd defiantely want to check out the engine and check under the car for rust....ahhh red interiors....what were they thinking!
