Some FFW Topeka pics!!! DUW

Heres some pics of the FFW event that was in Topeka,KS this Saturday. I showed and had a couple friends there. My buddie from Colorado came back down again this year. He won true street last year but this year he changed some stuff and didnt know what to expect. Averaged 10.80's. Winning car averaged 10.17 or so with a single turbo homemade setup in a nice notch. Anyways on to the pics. Mine is the orange notch. Hope you like.

His nitrous bottles. one for first stage, second for second stage and one to spray the intercooler. He only used one stage to race and its a small shot, since the car has a ysi trim vortech on a 331 it doesnt need much nitrous.

Heres pics from the car show. I ended up getting a plaque for top 25 so that was pretty cool. Even though there werent that many cars there. lol. Sweet none the less.

Thats all for now. Thanks for looking. Hope you like them. It was kind of a small turnout due to rain in the early morning but around 9:30/10:00 it cleared up and didnt rain for the rest of the day.

Very nice, this years FFW was a big disapointment for me. That gold mustang is one of the most beautiful cars ive seen, that color wouldnt look good with any other wheels! well it might but its perfect!

YES it is. I have some video from riding in it on the true street cruise, but I cant get it on here from my phone so oh well. It is sick though. 331/ysi/mondo cooler/nitrous/5 speed/street car. He didnt even turn his fan on till well over 20 miles into the cruise. I cant wait till he comes down here again cause im sure it will even have more changes. Cant wait till he gets it dialed in too.

The gold car is nice too. He drove down there beside me. Very clean car. Just needs tuned since he hasnt done anything to it since the supercharger install. The wheels are a very good choice for the car.

dude i cant tell you how much of a good idea it was to paint that trim...looks killer! i think you should still really consider the headlight trim

Crappy track or weather? Seems a 331 with a YSi and even a small shot should go better than high 10s. Some nice cars though!

Yeah, the trim came out good. I still dont know on the headlight buckets. Yeah, it should go 9's once he gets it dialed in. This was the first time its been to the track with everything hes changed on it. Weather was nice. Pro 5.0 set new records from what i heard.
