thought i'd do a lil verbal celebration cuz it's finally happening.

Richmond 4.10's
Richmond install kit w/ bearing
(3) Royal Purple 75W-90 synthetic max gear
Dallas mustang speed cal (will be here sturday)

Driving for a day w/ out speed caliberated should be amusing, poor odometer:nonono:

Congrats! I went with Richmond gears also.

Don't forget to break the gears in properly. The Richmond gears are not heat treated. Unless your install shop bakes them for you, you will need to go through a break in period. My tuner suggested 100 miles in 10-15 mile increments, stopping for at least 1/2 an hour between drives. They are also a bit noisy in my opinion. You will have at least some gear whine while you drive. Mine is between 30 & 50 mph.

Anyway, the gears have been the most noticable mod I have done. You will find it hard to keep your foot off the gas pedal for a while! It is addictive.

Enjoy
