I have a 95 AODE convertible. I bought A Super T70 turbo w/wastegate & BOV. Everything else on car is stock except 4.10's in the rear end. I have limited funds at this point. Can I get away temporarily with a FMU that holds 140PSI along with a walbor 255 Fuel Pump? If I calc'ed it correctly That should make my 19lb injectors act like 35.5 LB injectors. I read this post on a Turbo Mustangs forum.

Honestly, I would wait until you have the funds for supporting mods. And 19# injectors are just that, 19# injectors....Running them static like that will do nothing but blow your stock engine to bits. Save yourself alot of headaches and put together a better fuel system. Buying used is always an option as well.

i would like to see what happens to your injectors at 140 psi

the stock injectors should not be pushed past 70psi. not to mention your pump would not be able to pump with 140psi pushing back against it.

i think the main point of the thread you posted was DO NOT SKIMP ON YOUR FUEL SYSTEM!!!!!

Cartech turbo system shows a "Cartech Billet Fuel Pressure Regulator (FMU), High Pressure In-Tank Fuel Pump, boost gauge and mount." under the fuel compensation area. Does this mean you should also get new injectors to accompany the new turbo system? Or is this just a patch they are selling with the kit. Thanks for the help everyone. I am new to this.
