Front suspension torq specs

You should buy a Chiltons or preferably a set of the Ford service manuals for your year car. They are well worth it.

I don't trust those Chiltons or Haynes manuals as far as I can throw them (and I can throw them damn far). Get the actual Ford shop manual for your car and you will be much happier.

If you want us to give you torque specs it would provably be a good idea to tell us what year the car is and if it is v8 or i6 suspension. Also, power or manual steering.

Also tell us if they're OEM style replacements or "upgraded" replacements. Someone such as Global West(example only) usually gives you the specs they want you to use.
