well i think you need to provide us with a little more information. You should read through the surging idle checklist and go through EVERY step. This will help you diagnose your problem instead of guessing at it.
i dont know ihave tried everthing acts like the tps is off then i have other problems it pops and spits like the timing is off but i have checked that maybe it i will come to me tonight any ideas will be appreciated

Verify your timing is correct by bringing #1 cylinder to TDC then remove the dizzy cap and see if the rotor is pointing to the number 1 spark plug wire.

low fuel pressure will cause one to pop and spit as well....check vacuum line to regulator and fuel pressure...pump could be going bad or filter could be stopped up
