Hey guys,

I know this sounds ridiculous...but I have a long-term project "sleeper" that I am working on. I ordered my '07 GT and picked it up this spring...standard wheels, no spoiler, no hood scoop...none of that stuff...I'm trying to build it stealth.

I am having trouble figuring out if a V6 grille will bolt in, or wait for the Bullit grille, or if there is another alternative...bascially no fog lights.

Also, does anyone know where to pick up a standard decklid badge off a V6?

Lastly, if I pull my "GT" fender badges off...will there be holes, or are they simply glued on with no holes to line them up?

Thanks in advance,

Josh

The Bullitt grill is available now. partscheap.com has it, and Kevin Casey of Clevenger Ford sells it as well. You can contact him on TMS in the OEM parts section of "the marketplace". He can also get you the pony package rear badge, and ponys for the side from the pony package that will cover the holes.

There are several people on here with the V6 grill in their GTs fiveohbrian is one who did it recently. There are a few things you have to do to make i work, but it will. As far as the GT badges, they are held on by adhesive and there are 2 alingnment holes, but no problems, because the V6 tribar pony uses the same exact holes. I put the pony on my car. You won't have a hard time making a sleeper. I saw pics of a black GT that had nothing extra on it exterior wise(even had the standard 17" Bullitts), yet had a blower under the hood and runs 11s!

You just gotta be sneaky. Run something lower profile under there and tuck them up inside. My Cougar runs the mufflers right out back as well and had I chose to, I would have had plenty of room to hid them up out of the way. :nice:

....I just happened to like the fact that people had no choice but to look at them when they were behind me. :D
