For some reason the accelorator cable stays stuck open. It didnt do so before i changed the lower and upper intake manifold but now it does. The only thing i can think off is that its the spacer. Its the Trickflow upper and lower intake with the 1 inch spacer in between the upper to lower manifold. The cable fits fine and I didnt have to adjust anything or monkey with anything. Bolted right up to the EGR block and aligned with the throttle and snapped into place. So what gives? lol. It has the MAC EGR and a P.Products TB. Any suggestions?

OH, i took the cable off the TB and it works fine that way. I put it back on and same thing.

do you have it routed the same way has before the swap, it's easy to foget how things go. It shouldn't matter if the spacer raised it up a little although an inch is pretty high most of the time moving it up or down forward or back would effect the throttle responce or idle itself but a stuck pedal means it must be bound up some where or the cable itself is getting old and is starting to fray on the inside under the sheathing and when you put a curve in it it starts binding up on the inside. check the routing, pull the cable off and work it in and out by hand you may feel bind but you may need a new cable.

well here is the thing....the cable works fine when its not connected to the throttle body. it compresses and decompresses fine if not connected. I connect it and it gets stuck. I checked the TB connection and it works fine no binding. Like I said it only gets stuck open if connected to the TB. I might have to contact TFS lol.
