Think the Radiator needs replaced...

Whether or not it's overrated depends on your mods. RC is running a blown 331 and lives in south Florida, so he can definitely use the additional cooling. On a stockish engine, you could probably get away with a stock radiator. There's some guys on here running the Mishimoto radiators with good results, and others that have had leaks. They're a reasonably inexpensive alternative to the Fluidyne/Griffin/Be Cool radiators, but they sound like a gamble I'm not willing to take, personally.

I guess I should have prefaced my recommendation by asking about mods, but I just "assumed" that if you were posting on here you were starting a build. And yes, climate in your area also plays a role.
RC

Thats a reasonable assumption, I just have 2 stangs...the 03 I have I just got and only has 51k, and I want to keep the miles down on it for a long time, and buy gradual bolt-ons over the winter, and have a big mod day in the Spring!!!

The 95 has 150k and I will probably be driving it to and from work everyday, about 70 miles /day, so i need her running great everyday as she does now...except for the coolant leak!

Call 1800 RADIATOR and buy a stock Visteon replacement, probably around $125 with a lifetime warranty shipped. Best part you can put in with plastic tanks (which are just fine btw).

For all aluminum (if you're building it up), the Visteon Racing Rad w/ C&R core is also the best part available but very pricey. Griffin and BeCool are the only other aluminum's I'd even come close to, Fluidyne/Mishimoto and most others are total crap
