Blower or exhaust, which should i get first.

I say blower. Think of how often you will have the money at your disposal to to a blower vice the money to do exhaust. This opportunity may not come around again anytime soon. And it's not like a blower can't do it's job without a free-flowing exhaust. Terminators have been doing it since 2003 after all.

If you want to save some money keep the stock headers go with a O/R or catted mide pipe and a catback. Then go with the blower.

Exhaust manifold, header, whatever you want to call it. It isn't bad in factory form, but long tubes will still give nice gains.
