My a/c worked fine last year but now the clutch is not engaging. The r134a level is good. I can jump the cycling switch and it will kick on and blow cold air, so I figured the switch is bad and replaced it. Still not working. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks

I assume you jumped the switch in the connector for the switch?

Check for continuity across all of the switches. I would not be surprised if you are in-fact low on R134 and it is being tempermental.

Agreed. If it still acts up, the next step would be to check the high and low side pressures so you can diagnose it further.
