As a Ford sales consultant, I love the Bullitt. It was a great everyday driver package that handled better than that basic GT, braked better, and to me, looked better...under the radar so to speak. I don't think you'll have any problems with the Bullitt...until you drive a 5.0.
The Bullit is nice, but the improvements to both the chassis, suspension, brakes, and interior on the 11's makes for an even nicer driving experience. I was considering buying the last of the Bullitts we had, but I'm glad I waited for the 11. 100 Hp is a big difference and the trans with the 6 speed is better.
I'd say drive both. If the Bullitt works, buy it, you won't be dissappointed. I have a feeling you'll enjoy the 5.0 more tho. Besides, the sticker on my 2011 GT was $32685. The Bullitts used go for mid to high 20's for clean examples with low miles. I don't see a $10,000 difference unless you get something more loaded.
And if you go Bullitt...GREEN only!!
