Hello Fellow Stangers

I was wondering has any of you purchased a set of the Duraflex Cobra skirts for 87 to 93 Mustangs from ebay? If so was there any fitment issues? If damaged were they easy to repair? Can regular fiberglass be used to repair them? Even if they weren't skirts and you purchased anything Duraflex what was your experience? Please reply ASAP. Thanks

They are made of fiberglass.

Spend a little more money on quality urethane parts instead. Fiberglass doesn't have much give, so if you ever accidentally tap something, odds are you'll crack and chip the paint/bumper.

That's what i did originally. I bought some urethane Cervini's skirts a while back and they cracked at the mounting screws. I contacted them because i knew they warranted their stuff, but was told that my purchase was too old and that they updated the way the skirts was made and i didn't qualify for a full replacement so they offered to replace my cracked pieces for a fee which is still more than what the Duraflex cost on ebay. I thought urethane was some good stuff that's why i bought all my 93 Cobra parts from them (Hood, rear bumper, front stalker bumper and side skirts) and this happened to me. That's why I'm looking towards the cheaper fiberglass that i can repair myself. :(
