How do I take the front bumper off

You have two bolts on that attach the bumper on each side that attach to the fender. The only way to get those is around the wheel well. You will prob have to remove a couple of those plastic tabs that hold the wheel well on to get your hand in there with a ratchet. I believe they are 10mm nuts. The rest can be seen on the bottom and top of the front bumper.

Hope this helps.

I just swapped mine a couple nights ago. It's pretty straight-forward. Remove two screws, one on each side, right in front of your tires, that holds the fender to the liner. Then pull the fender liner out so you can get your hand inside. I'd highly recommend wearing sleeves as I have the scars to prove how hazardous it is. As stated above, remove the two (on each side) nuts that screw into studs that are mounted to the fender. An air ratchet really helps. I thought they were 10mm too, but I also see someone said 12mm....in either case, you'll need a deep socket.

You also have a couple of 'screw rivets' in the center of the bumper (near the corral). They look like screws but they are more of a rivet. get the edge of a screwdriver underneath the CENTER portion only, then pull it out...that is the screw part. Then you'll be able to easily pull out the rivet part.

You may also find a couple of 'push pins' underneath, hooking in down near the air baffle. These just need to be pried out or cut and discarded, replacing them with new ones. (There were 2, one on each side.)

NOTE - When re-installing, be careful of those studs as they like to scratch your paint and are very capable of doing some serious damage. I put a small piece of duct tape on em until I was ready to push the studs through the holes in the fender. Now that I think about it, vacuum caps would be the perfect tool for this.
