2012 BLACK GT - Front Bumper -Fix??

I live in a state that requires a front license place. Will be moving to a state that does not require a front plate.

Besides taking the car to a body shop, any easier ways of fixing/repairing the two holes in the front bumper where the license was mounted??

Ive used bumperplugs and found them to be pretty good. They matched up the paint really well on my 2012 Mustang Kona Blue GT and cant really tell they don't belong. --Regards,
