I have a 91 lx convertible that has been sitting for a year. I replaced the carpet and now when I try to start the car the fuel pump relay starts clicking. So, I replaced the relay thinking it was bad. The car fired up but would not idle. I was thinking it was probably just bad fuel causing it to run rough, so I put some octane boost and some heet in it to get any water out. Two days later, I go out and try to start it and now the new relay is clicking. I have 12.1 volts at the relay plug in with the key off, when I switch the key on, it drops to 11.7. Would this cause it to click? If so, how do I fix it?
